#### 114 Plans and specifications for fire safety systems must be kept on site 114 Plans and specifications for fire safety systems must be kept on site > > (1) The principal contractor for building work must ensure the fire safety plans and specifications for the building are— > > > > > (a) kept on the site of the building work, and > > > > > (b) made available for inspection on request by any of the following at the times during which the building work is carried out— > > > > > > > (i) the certifier, > > > > > > > (ii) the consent authority, > > > > > > > (iii) the council, > > > > > > > (iv) Fire and Rescue NSW. > > > > Maximum penalty— > > > > > (a) for a corporation—300 penalty units, or > > > > > (b) for an individual—150 penalty units. > > > (2) In this section— > > > > fire safety plans and specifications, for a building, means the most recently endorsed copy of the plans and specifications for a relevant fire safety system for the building that were required by regulations under the Act to be submitted to the principal certifier.
