9C Application for development consent for targeted assessment development
(1) Minimum public exhibition period for an application for development consent for targeted assessment development—
(a) if a State environmental planning policy specifies a period of public exhibition for the application—the period specified, or
(b) if a State environmental planning policy specifies that no public exhibition period is required for the application—no public exhibition, or
(c) otherwise—14 days.
(2) Despite clause 13, the minimum public exhibition period for the re-exhibition of an amended application for development consent for targeted assessment development—
(a) if a State environmental planning policy specifies a period of public exhibition for the application—the period specified, or
(b) if a State environmental planning policy specifies that no public exhibition period is required for the application—no public exhibition, or
(c) otherwise—14 days.
