#### 28 Code of conduct 28 Code of conduct > > (1) The Minister may approve a code of conduct that is applicable to members of a planning body. > > > (2) A code of conduct may relate to any conduct (whether by way of act or omission) in carrying out a member’s functions that is likely to bring the planning body or its members into disrepute. > > > (3) The Minister may authorise a planning body to vary a code of conduct in relation to the members of that planning body.
