sec.94 Definitions for pt 13
In this part— commencement means commencement of this section. existing Act means any of the following— the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ; the Fisheries Act 1994 ; the Marine Parks Act 2004 ; the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 ; the Vegetation Management Act 1999 . existing authority means an authority granted under an existing Act, as the authority is in force immediately before the commencement.
- (a) the Environmental Protection Act 1994 ;
- (b) the Fisheries Act 1994 ;
- (c) the Marine Parks Act 2004 ;
- (d) the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ;
- (e) the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 ;
- (f) the Vegetation Management Act 1999 .
