sec.91 Delegation by chief executive
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s functions under this Act to an appropriately qualified public service employee. In this section— appropriately qualified , for a public service employee to whom a function may be delegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate for the function. the officer or employee’s classification or level in a department or agency functions includes powers.
