sec.79 Limitation on time for starting proceeding
A proceeding for an offence against section 37 or a provision of this part must start— within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge.
- (a) within 1 year after the commission of the offence; or
- (b) within 6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge.
