sec.47 When office ends
The office of a person as an enforcement officer ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the person’s resignation under section 48 takes effect. This section does not limit the ways the office of a person as an enforcement officer ends. In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the enforcement officer holds office. (sec.47-ssec.1) The office of a person as an enforcement officer ends if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the office ends; the person’s resignation under section 48 takes effect. (sec.47-ssec.2) This section does not limit the ways the office of a person as an enforcement officer ends. (sec.47-ssec.3) In this section— condition of office means a condition under which the enforcement officer holds office.
- (a) the term of office stated in a condition of office ends;
- (b) under another condition of office, the office ends;
- (c) the person’s resignation under section 48 takes effect.
