sec.42 Functions of enforcement officers
An enforcement officer has the following functions— to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with environmental offset agreements and compliance notices; to investigate or monitor whether an occasion has arisen for the exercise of powers under this Act; to facilitate the exercise of powers under this Act.
- (a) to investigate, monitor and enforce compliance with environmental offset agreements and compliance notices;
