sec.40 Definitions for pt 10
In this part— appointing authority , of an enforcement officer, means— if the enforcement officer was appointed by the chief executive—the chief executive; or if the enforcement officer was appointed by the chief executive officer of a local government—the local government. relevant offence means an offence against section 37 or this part.
- (a) if the enforcement officer was appointed by the chief executive—the chief executive; or
- (b) if the enforcement officer was appointed by the chief executive officer of a local government—the local government.
