sec.20 Amending agreement after prescribed activity starts
This section applies if— an administering agency and an authority holder have entered into an agreed delivery arrangement that involves a proponent-driven offset; and the authority holder has started the prescribed activity to which the authority relates. The authority holder and administering agency may, by entering into another agreed delivery arrangement, amend either or both of the following— the agreed delivery arrangement; an offset delivery plan about the delivery of the proponent-driven offset. In considering whether to enter into a further agreed delivery arrangement, the administering agency must consider the matters mentioned in section 19 (1) (a) and (b) . An offset delivery plan amended under this section must comply with section 18 (4) and (5) . s 20 sub 2014 No. 59 s 13E (sec.20-ssec.1) This section applies if— an administering agency and an authority holder have entered into an agreed delivery arrangement that involves a proponent-driven offset; and the authority holder has started the prescribed activity to which the authority relates. (sec.20-ssec.2) The authority holder and administering agency may, by entering into another agreed delivery arrangement, amend either or both of the following— the agreed delivery arrangement; an offset delivery plan about the delivery of the proponent-driven offset. (sec.20-ssec.3) In considering whether to enter into a further agreed delivery arrangement, the administering agency must consider the matters mentioned in section 19 (1) (a) and (b) . (sec.20-ssec.4) An offset delivery plan amended under this section must comply with section 18 (4) and (5) .
