sec.13B What this part is about
This part applies if an administering agency may impose an offset condition on an authority, under another Act, for an impact on a prescribed environmental matter. This part applies despite anything to the contrary in the other Act, other than as mentioned in— section 5 ; or the Planning Act , section 62 . s 13B ins 2014 No. 59 s 10B amd 2016 No. 27 s 206 (sec.13B-ssec.1) This part applies if an administering agency may impose an offset condition on an authority, under another Act, for an impact on a prescribed environmental matter. (sec.13B-ssec.2) This part applies despite anything to the contrary in the other Act, other than as mentioned in— section 5 ; or the Planning Act , section 62 .
