Tasmania regulation
This Order, effective 12 April 2010, formally amends the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Act 1994 and records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of that Act. It does not itself prescribe new regulatory standards or fees. The Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment administers the Order. Anyone regulated under the Principal Act—businesses, landowners, or agencies—must consult the updated Act to see any changed legal obligations; the Order is an administrative vehicle, not a rulebook.
