96Z Technical standards, &c., are not statutory rules
[Section 96Z Inserted by No. 42 of 2022, s. 17, Applied:14 Dec 2022] The following are not statutory rules for the purposes of the Rules Publication Act 1953 :
(a) a technical standard made under section 96Y(1) ;
(b) an amendment of a technical standard under section 96Y(2) ;
(c) a revocation of a technical standard under section 96Y(3) .
