92A Failure to provide name or address
[Section 92A Inserted by No. 45 of 2007, s. 25, Applied:29 Nov 2007] A person, when required by an authorized officer or a council officer to state his or her name and address, must not –
(a) fail or refuse to state his or her full name and residential address; or
(b) state any name or residential address that is false.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 2 penalty units.
