7 Exemption for defence force vessels etc.
(1) This Act does not apply in relation to a vessel or aircraft belonging to the Australian Defence Force, when it is being used: (a) in a situation of armed conflict; or (b) in an emergency situation other than a situation of armed conflict. (2) This Act does not apply in relation to a vessel or aircraft belonging to the naval, military or air forces of a foreign country.
