#### 25 Matters to be published in Gazette The Minister shall cause to be published in the Gazette particulars of the following: (a) applications for permits; (b) permits granted and any conditions imposed in respect of those permits; (c) refusals to grant permits; (d) any revocation, variation, suspension, or cancellation of the suspension, of a permit; (e) any revocation, suspension or variation, or any cancellation of a suspension, of a condition imposed in respect of a permit; (f) the reasons for a decision by the Minister under subsection 19(7) granting, or refusing to grant, a permit.
