#### 23 Applications to Minister to vary operation of permits (1) The holder of a permit may apply to the Minister for: (a) variation of the permit; or (b) revocation, suspension or variation of a condition of the permit. (2) The holder of a permit that is suspended may make application to the Minister for the cancellation of that suspension. (3) The Minister shall, within 60 days after the receipt of an application under subsection (1) or (2): (a) if he or she is satisfied that the application should be granted: (i) revoke or suspend the condition; (ii) vary the permit or the condition in accordance with the application; or (iii) cancel the suspension of the permit; as the case may be; or (b) if he or she is not so satisfied—refuse to grant the application.
