90 Suspension of assessment process pending receipt of advice (1) This regulation applies if the NT EPA engages or requests a person or body under regulation 86 to give advice. (2) The NT EPA may suspend the environmental impact assessment process until the advice is given. (3) If the NT EPA suspends an environmental impact assessment process under subregulation (2), the NT EPA must recommence the assessment process within 10 business days after receiving the advice.
