89 Suspension of assessment process at request of proponent process for a proposed action or strategic proposal at any time at the request of the proponent. (2) If the NT EPA suspends an environmental impact assessment process at the request of a proponent, the NT EPA must recommence the assessment process within 10 business days after receiving a request from the proponent to do so.
