74 Effect of decision to refuse environmental approval If the Minister makes a decision to refuse to grant an environmental approval for a proposed action or strategic proposal under regulation 66(2)(a), the proponent is not eligible to refer the same or substantially the same proposed action or strategic proposal to the NT EPA under Part 4, Division 3 of the Act for the period of 2 years after the decision is made.
