71 Notice of decision (1) The Minister must give notice of a decision under regulation 66 and the statement of reasons for the decision to: (a) the NT EPA; and (b) the proponent. (2) The notice and statement of reasons must be given as soon as practicable after the decision is made. (3) The Minister must publish the following as soon as practicable after a decision is made under regulation 66: (4) If a decision is taken to be made under regulation 69(2) or (4), the NT EPA must, as soon as practicable after the decision is made: (a) publish a statement that the decision was made under regulation 69(2) or (4) (as the case requires); and (b) give the proponent a copy of that statement.
