63 Statement of reasons (1) The NT EPA must prepare a statement of reasons for a decision or recommendation under regulation 57 or 58. (2) The statement of reasons for a decision under regulation 57(2)(b) or 58(1)(b) or (c) must specify the reasons for the required method of environmental impact assessment. (3) The statement of reasons for a recommendation under regulation 57(2)(c) or 58(1)(d) must specify the reasons for the recommendation and the recommended method of environmental impact assessment.
