60 Consultation on assessment by inquiry Before deciding or recommending a method of environmental impact assessment that is, or includes, an assessment by inquiry, the NT EPA must: (a) consult with the Minister and consider the Minister's views; and (b) consult with the proponent and consider any written specified in writing by the NT EPA.
