47A Grounds for refusal to accept referral for standard assessment The NT EPA may refuse to accept a referral of a proposed action for a standard assessment under section 48 or 50(2)(c) of the Act if the NT EPA considers that the referral: (b) is of a proposed action of a kind that will be assessed through the assessment of a strategic proposal that has been referred for assessment; or (c) is of a proposed action that has been assessed as part of a strategic assessment.
