45 Decision in relation to referral for strategic assessment (1) The NT EPA may accept a referral of a strategic proposal for a strategic assessment under section 49 of the Act if it considers it appropriate to do so. (2) The NT EPA must make a decision whether to accept or refuse to accept a referral of a strategic proposal for a strategic assessment under section 49 of the Act within 15 business days after the referral is made. regulation 41 not to proceed with the referral.
