281 Fees and charges not refunded If an environmental impact assessment process is terminated under these Regulations or the proponent or approval holder withdraws from the assessment process: (a) any fees or charges paid are not refundable; and (b) any outstanding fees and charges may be recovered by the CEO as a debt payable to the Territory.
