27Purpose of Division

27 Purpose of Division (1) This Division sets out processes for preparing the following: (a) a permanent declaration of a protected environmental area under section 36 of the Act; (b) a declaration of a prohibited action or a class of prohibited actions under section 38 of the Act; (c) a revocation of a declaration under section 39 of the Act. (2) This Division does not apply to an administrative amendment.
