263 Document and information requirements (1) The NT EPA may, by Gazette notice, determine requirements for: (a) the form and content of referral and assessment documents; and (b) referral or assessment documents to be prepared or certified by a registered environmental practitioner who is registered in relation to environmental work of a kind specified in the determination. (2) A proponent or approval holder must comply with any applicable requirements determined under subregulation (1).
