262 Definition referral and assessment documents means: (a) a referral of a proposed action or strategic proposal to which Part 4 applies; or (b) a document required to be prepared by the proponent or approval holder under Part 5 or 7; or (c) a notice of significant variation under Part 7, Division 1 or 2; or (d) a referral of a significant variation under Part 7, Division 3; or (e) any information required to be provided by the proponent or approval holder to the NT EPA under Part 4, 5 or 7.
