255B Records of recordable incidents For section 229C(2) of the Act, a record of recordable incidents must include the following information: (a) the time, date, nature and location of the recordable incident; (b) the circumstances in which the recordable incident occurred (including the cause of the incident, if known); (c) the action taken or proposed to be taken to deal with the recordable incident and any resulting environmental harm; (d) the action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent similar incidents.
