254C Prescribed enactments for section 192N of Act For section 192N(4)(c) of the Act, the following Acts are prescribed: (a) the Petroleum Act 1984; (b) the Native Title Act 1993 (Cth); (c) the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 (Cth); (d) the repealed Act as defined in section 5 of the Petroleum Act 1984 and continued by section 119 of that Act.
