251When suspension or revocation has effect

251 When suspension or revocation has effect (1) A suspension of registration has effect: (a) for the period specified by the CEO; or (b) for a suspension notified under regulation 249(1)(b) or (c) – for the period beginning on the date of the notice and ending when the CEO notifies the environmental auditor or environmental practitioner that the registration has been reinstated. (2) A revocation of registration takes effect on the date specified in the notice under regulation 250.
