245 Show cause process (1) The CEO must not make a decision to refuse to grant a renewal of registration as an environmental auditor or environmental practitioner under regulation 244 unless the CEO has first complied with this regulation.
Environment Protection Regulations 2020 125 applicant: (a) stating the CEO's intention to refuse to grant renewal of registration; and (b) asking the applicant to show cause why the registration should be renewed. applicant may show cause. (5) The CEO must consider any response given by the applicant to the show cause notice in making a decision under regulation 244.
