244 Grant of renewal of registration The CEO may grant a renewal of registration as an environmental auditor or an environmental practitioner to an applicant if the CEO is satisfied that the applicant: (a) meets the requirements and qualifications for registration in that class of environmental auditor or environmental practitioner, as the case requires; and (c) has complied with the requirements of regulation 243.
