242 Conditions of registration (1) The CEO may impose conditions on the registration of an environmental auditor or an environmental practitioner: (a) on the grant or renewal of registration; or (b) at any time during the period of registration. (2) The CEO may at any time during the period of registration, by written notice to the environmental auditor or environmental practitioner, vary or revoke a condition of the registration. (3) An imposition, variation or revocation of a condition of registration during the period of registration takes effect on the later of: (a) the date specified in the notice under subregulation (2); or (b) the date the written notice is given to the environmental auditor or environmental practitioner under subregulation (2).
