239 Grant of registration as environmental practitioner The CEO may grant a registration as an environmental practitioner in a particular class if the CEO is satisfied that the applicant: (a) meets the requirements and qualifications for registration as an environmental practitioner in that class; and (c) has complied with the requirements of regulation 237.
