236 Determinations of CEO (1) For the purposes of this Part, the CEO may determine classes of environmental auditors and environmental practitioners. (2) The CEO may determine requirements and qualifications for registration as: (a) an environmental auditor in a particular class; or (b) an environmental practitioner in a particular class. (3) The CEO may determine the kinds of environmental audit that a class of registered environmental auditors is authorised to carry out. (4) The CEO may determine the kinds of environmental work that a class of registered environmental practitioners is authorised to carry out. (5) The CEO must publish any determination under this regulation.
