233V Publication of proposed or requested amendments If the Minister determines, under section 124ZS(3) of the Act, that proposed or requested amendments to an environmental (mining) licence should be published, the Minister must publish the following as soon as practicable after making the determination: (a) any request for the amendments; (b) the proposed amendments.
