233N Consultation with mining operators (1) The Minister must make reasonable efforts to notify any mining operator whose environmental (mining) licence is subject to the standard conditions of the proposal to review the standard conditions. (a) include any proposed amendments to the standard conditions; and (b) invite the mining operator to make written comments to the Minister on the proposed amendments to the standard conditions within the period specified in the notice.
