233L Public consultation on new or amended risk criteria (1) If the Minister does not publish or provide proposed revised risk criteria under regulations 233G and 233H, the Minister must publish a notice of any proposed new or amended risk criteria before making a decision to accept the new or amended risk criteria. (2) Regulations 233G, 233H and 233J apply to the publication or provision of the notice and the consideration of comments on the proposed new or amended risk criteria.
