233H Consultation with mining operators (1) The Minister must make reasonable efforts to notify any mining operator whose environmental (mining) licence is subject to the risk criteria of the proposal to review the risk criteria. (2) The notice: (a) may include any proposed revised risk criteria; and (b) must invite the mining operator to make written comments to the Minister on the risk criteria and any proposed revised risk criteria within the period specified in the notice.
