224 Public consultation (1) If a referral of a significant variation is accepted, the NT EPA must (a) advising where the documents mentioned in regulation 223 EPA on the referral of the significant variation within the period (a) for a referral of a significant variation relating to a standard assessment that is not an accepted approval holder initiated EIS referral – 20 business days after the date of the notice; or (b) for a referral of a significant variation relating to a standard assessment that is an accepted approval holder initiated EIS referral – 30 business days after the date of the notice; or (c) for a referral of a significant variation relating to a strategic assessment that is not an accepted approval holder initiated EIS referral – 30 business days after the date of the notice; or (d) for a referral of a significant variation relating to a strategic assessment that is an accepted approval holder initiated EIS referral – 40 business days after the date of the notice.
