201 Public consultation (1) If a notice of significant variation is accepted, the NT EPA must (a) advising where the documents mentioned in regulation 200 (a) for a notice relating to a standard assessment other than a (b) for a notice relating to a standard assessment for which the regulation 195 – 30 business days after the date of the notice; or (c) for a notice relating to a strategic assessment other than a notice mentioned in paragraph (d) – 30 business days after (d) for a notice relating to a strategic assessment for which the regulation 195 – 40 business days after the date of the notice.
