182 Application of Subdivision This Subdivision applies if the NT EPA decides under: (a) regulation 173(1)(c)(ii) that the terms of reference for an assessment by environmental impact statement need to be amended; or (b) regulation 173(1)(d)(ii) that the terms of reference for an assessment by inquiry need to be amended.
