170 Public consultation (1) If the notice of significant variation is accepted, the NT EPA must (a) advising where the documents mentioned in regulation 169

Environment Protection Regulations 2020 67 (a) for a notice relating to a standard assessment other than a (b) for a notice relating to a standard assessment for which the proponent has provided draft terms of reference or draft amendments to the existing approved terms of reference – 30 business days after the date of the notice; or (c) for a notice relating to a strategic assessment other than a notice mentioned in paragraph (d) – 30 business days after (d) for a notice relating to a strategic assessment for which the proponent has provided draft terms of reference or draft amendments to the existing approved terms of reference – 40 business days after the date of the notice.
