164 Additional information about significant variation (1) On receipt of the notice of significant variation, the NT EPA may direct the proponent to give it additional information in relation to the significant variation. (3) A direction must be given within 10 business days after the NT EPA period in regulation 166 for the NT EPA to make a decision on the notice of significant variation ceases to run until the information is given.
