162 Application of Division This Division applies if the NT EPA receives either of the following before the NT EPA prepares an assessment report for the Minister in relation to a proposed action or strategic proposal: (a) a notice of significant variation of the proposed action under section 51(1) of the Act; (b) a notice of significant variation of the strategic proposal under section 51(2) of the Act.
