151 Procedure of inquiry panel (1) Subject to this Division, in assisting an inquiry, an inquiry panel: (a) must determine the procedure to be followed by the panel; and (b) is not subject to direction in its decisions by the NT EPA or the Minister; and (c) is not bound by the rules of evidence. (2) The inquiry panel must publish the procedure determined under subregulation (1)(a).
