149 Terms of reference (1) The terms of reference for an assessment by inquiry are the terms of reference approved under Division 3 or Part 7 for that assessment or those terms of reference as amended under these Regulations. (2) The NT EPA and any inquiry panel must apply the terms of reference in conducting an inquiry.
