139 Public consultation (1) The NT EPA must publish a notice of a supplement to a draft environmental impact statement prepared under regulation 135 as soon as practicable after it is submitted to the NT EPA. (a) state where the supplement to the draft environmental impact statement may be inspected and obtained; and on the supplement to the draft environmental impact statement within the period specified in the notice.
